Anthony did such an outstanding job selling our condo for us. He has a very trustworthy and approachable demeanor that made the whole process as pain-free as possible. His knowledge of local businesses and suppliers was so helpful as well when we needed to get some preparatory work done on the unit. Tony really knows the market, when to sell and when not, realistic pricing, and stays on top of the trends. He personally oversaw all steps in the process, even when there were delays and other hurdles (due to the buyers). During the whole time, Tony was so easy to talk to, sincere, and knowledgeable. Tony was our realtor when we bought our condo in Ocean city and we couldn't be more happier with the level and quality of service he provided to us. Tony showed us multiple properties as we were in town for one day and never rushed us. One of the property that we wanted to see was having some lockbox issue but Tony worked persistently with the seller agent and resolved that issue and we ended up buying that condo. Tony's advice on using a specific lender also worked out great for us. We used Tony to buy our Condo in Ocean City and could not have been happier. Tony's advice on using a local lender was great; we originally used a family friend who had been in the business for years and he was unable to make it happen. Tony stuck through the process while our lender could not get the deal done. We finally went with Tony's lender and everything worked out in under 30 days. Tony was there to either answer every call or get back to us quickly. He was incredibly professional at every turn. His response time to questions was great. He was helpful at every turn. We plan to use Tony again when we purchase more property in Ocean City in the future.
